Payments
Except when an advanced agreement of reservation has been made, when purchasing any items from us, you agree to make full and immediate payment through our PayPal checkout process.
We accept payment via PayPal. Payments made through this website are done so through a secure third party gatewat which is fully DSS PCI compliant.
We do not accept postal orders, cheques or bank transfers via this website, however, these methods may be arranged for commission orders only.
Shipping
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 3 working days of your payment clearing. From time to time we may be unable to meet these deadlines, in these circumstances we will always contact you by email to inform you of the status of your order.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail's 1st class service or where requested Royal Mail's special delivery service. All UK orders sent by special delivery are trackable via the Royal Mail's track and trace service available on their website. We will inform you when your order has been dispatched and where special delivery has been requested provide you with a tracking number. It is then your responsibility to inform us if your order is late in arriving or if you believe your item to be lost in transit.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK please contact us first so we can calculate your total shipping costs.
Please note that all orders will require a signature upon delivery and proof of ID may be required.
Returns
At Urban Sophistication Designs we strive to provide quality goods at all times. We take every care to ensure that your order is securely packaged before being dispatched. Should you be unhappy with your purchase or your order not reach you in perfect condition then you must

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and this will not be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit and therefore recommend that you use Royal Mail's recorded or special delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on commissioned pieces.
Please note due to health and hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on earrings unless faulty.
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed, it will be made direct to your PayPal account on receipt of the returned item. Refunds cannot be made directly through this website and will therefore be issued from our PayPal account.

During the course of a transaction on this website you will be required to provide your name, email address and postal address.Your personal information is retained by our order management and accounting systems in accordance with UK Law. No part of your personal information will be sold or hired to any third party.
